Entry forms, directions, and rules/guidelines for contest are listed below. Please take the time to read the rules and guidelines and registration instructions before beginning the registration process. In addition to answering many FAQs, this will reduce the number of mistakes made on entry forms.
Entries will only be accepted via email using the registration template - deadline is February 15.
