Congratulations to Yazmin Ratzlaff 8th grade Malcolm student! She was the winner of the Nebraska Department of Transportation Billboard design contest for Safe Driving. The billboard is located at the 11th and Cornhusker exit to UNL's campus. It will be up for three months. The picture was taken by Jeanne Bietz, who is the director of the Nebraska Teens in the Driver Seat Program. Congratulations to Yazmin for her win in the billboard design contest and her fantastic artwork!!
