E-Fund Fees

During the past year, card brands (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) have instituted significant price increases. PCI standards, banking regulations, and student privacy laws have driven the cost of payment processing to new levels. As a result, E-Funds for Schools fees will increase. Effective for the 2021-2022 school year (beginning July 1st, 2021) the following fees are in effect:


·Parent Payments – Credit/Debit Card $2.85 per/$100 / Checking Account $1.25

·Point of Sale 3.45% + $0.20 - This is for those having office staff run your credit card on site


You can pay for several items in one transaction - so, using a checking account is the cheapest option, because the fee is $1.25 for the total amount. Credit cards will charge $2.85 per $100 charged. For example, a payment of $5.00 will incur a fee of $2.85 and a payment of $220 will incur a fee of $8.55, because the fee is based on increments of $100! You can pay for several students on one transaction, also.
